Petpals is a one-stop advertising platform for everything about pets. It has a unique design curated using Chatgpt, Dall-E and Wix to curate a website and tiktok to showcase different pets, pet products, etc to showcase different products that can help and ease pet owners for their own pet care.

Summary

Petpals was both built on website and tiktok as the attention for the niche is very vibrant in a new platform like tiktok.

Challenge

The pet niche is a very competitive environment in malaysia. So we needed to find ways to stand out against our competitors.

The other challenge is that a pet niche is a very sensitive subject as owners hold dear care for their loved pets and any digital communication, product reviews has to be transparent amongst the demographics.

Solutions

We leveraged tiktok to gather awareness and create attention by showcasing different pets from different owners.

Then, product reviews around pet care and done in a way to combine both seo and tiktok shop.
