Challenge
Even with a consistent sales and customer base, sinar saredah saw a slight decline in sales ever since the pandemic. We believe that the one demography that they are not targeting are the GEN-Z.
Besides the brand, they had a very poor online presence in both google and social media platforms. The old website was not working, no facebook or instagram. It was a mess.
Solutions
We came up with a total rebrand of the website, created and curated all the social media content on facebook and instagram.
